Hello everyone, I'm a Russian player and it's a little difficult for me to translate. I wanted to ask about passwords, how to get them, as I understood from the comments, there are several passwords. I'm going through Dean's path, he's dying on day 6 and I don't understand what to do, how do I save him for day 6?

I decided to come back to this VN after having finished it some time ago, but, even after deleting all my saves and removing the persistent data file (Playing it on PC) the persistent data and saves restore themselves when I start the game. I want to start it from scratch because I want to play it from the beginning, so i can go through getting the medals and whatnot and experience the story fresh.
It's been so long that I've forgotten, but is there somewhere else where the game stores the persistent data, where it ALSO has to be deleted (and not just from the folder i saved the VN to when I extracted the file)?
I don't remember the exact thing but yes, your PC has it's own memory that keeps app data. Think it's this: C:\Users\<username>\AppData - It's a hidden folder so you'll need to go to view and click hidden items, i think.
I've been scrolling through the comments for a bit and haven't found an answer to this, but is there a list somewhere of the things you can ask Oswin about on day 8?
I believe I've gotten a good proportion of them (the "rabbits" one surprised me though lmao) but I feel like, especially with the post-questioning dialogue in route B, not getting everything may have consequences down the line--moreso after seeing the rabbits one provides extra options...
Either way though, fantastic VN that's had me hooked for the past week!! It walks a fine line between overly idealistic and shakespearean tragedy (reasonable for this kind of genre lbr), and while I love a lot of the romance (as well as just the characters in general), I'm glad that it's relegated to the B-plot, as in, the route isn't dependent on what partner you choose.
With all that said, I think I'm nearly at the end now! Super excited to see how it plays out :D

But if you're playing on an older version, someone on the server compiled the 70ish odd questions that work. No idea if the document is still active however.

First of all this is an absolutely amazing game by far one of the best experiences I've had, definitely a heartbreaking emotional rollercoaster that is fantastic and I can't stop thinking about it lol.
Though question, is there anyway to repeat his death and the talk with I guess god Thanatos in route A, it's fine if the only way is delete the roaming data and stuff but idk cause I both wanna repeat it for when I do Tyson's route cause of how how heartbreaking it would be story wise, but also don't want to loose the unlock progress I have already in terms of images and metals. Idk any other solutions or is it just a thing that's only meant to happen once, also I hope it's relatively obvious what I'm talking about, idk I'm trying to be vague in terms of names cause I don't wanna spoil anything for new people.
I cannot overstate how this VN surprised me, let me start talking about presentation:
The stock images used for the backgrounds are very well selected for the scenes, heck I would say that drawn background probably won't give the same exact they gave me. Is hard to explain but the amount of times you see it give a sensation of familiarity and the black and white filter used for make it all nostalgic even for me who just played now.
The sprites are very amateurish but it does work in favor of the game, the own unique body shapes does give an charm to it and the characters have a lot of expressions and they change a lot even mid sentences which is great to keep attention and also read how the characters are feeling.
Now the OST, man Civ Valian really are one of my favorite composers in the FVN spaces, heck I would say even in non FVN spaces, he already got me surprised in other FVNs like Lustful Desire and RainCheck and once again it's amazing in here too and knowing Grizz also composed some tracks makes me curious to see what is next to hear. The sound track in Password really works because even if loops due the long stretches of dialogue the way is looped it does not have noticeably moments where you can notice the music looping or the music ending and starting again, which is a blessing for my ears.
Now about the actual story I will only comment on the point of view of Dean route which is the one I finished, I will update this after reading the whole thing.
So, the story of Password is indeed confusing and I did spend sometimes breaking my head with the puzzles, but I do love it the intricacies the fact that nothing feels like a after thought and the expectancy of attention feels great in a VN. I won't delve much in spoiler territory because of all VNs I played so far this one is the best you experience without any info prior or knowing anything besides bare bones. But what I can say is that the story is very character focused so your enjoyment is tied to how much you like the characters and I can say even the ones I thought I didn't care much by the end I was loving them and already miss them now that I finished the game.
That is to say it can be a bit frustrating with some puzzles but they are more an attention test of you, if you really read it you will figure it out pretty easily.
My final thoughts: I really love Password it's one my favorite FVNs of all time, it made me cry so much and laugh so hard, I love every character and every moment written in this game I will do it again and again with the other routes and endings.
Now there is one thing I do want to mention which is one my favorite things about the VN which does fit in spoiler category so I suggest not reading from here on if you plan to read it. This is just my biased comments.
So first of all I really loved how the sex scenes were handled and it become one of my favorite depictions of it, sure some might complain of the lack of actual erotic material but for me at least Password managed to extract the emotions of love, vulnerability and proximity of 2 people without the vulgar and horny depictions. I really like it how it was handled it leaving enough to imagination but not too much to distract from what is important. I also loved the romance parts, it really felt natural, it made sense and make me smile a lot seeing Dave and Dean going about, I can't wait to see the other routes,
And the second thing I want to talk about is Dave's dad, David one of the major reasons for tears in this game for me. The reason I want to point this out that is hard to make the reader care for a character who is not present in the story but David influence and the love Dave and Tyson have for him is so real that I couldn't start to be sad when it was brought up the sad parts or smile of the good parts.
But yeah this is my review of Password for now I will edit this later when I finish all routes to point out any changes in opinion.
Oh that's very neat. I just hope the fans can give a chance to those new sprites. I get the old sprites are in cherished but I hope people give it a chance.

You just have to pay more attention to the conversation. The first password is said by Orlando (after Orlando got shot) and 2nd password is said after you put in the first and it was mentioned by Roswell(?)
I would appreciate it I won't ask for any rn I stopped playing long ago but I wanted to restart I know a few paswword cuz I played from back in the day when youd get the passwords at the end of the route, I still remember a letter coming to Dave w the password written on it, I prefered that way, when it was changed I was doing Sals route and was breaking my head against a wall trying to find the password it was not fun, never ended up finding it even after reading it again and I had no fun in that I just wanted to continiue reading instead of searching old txt for a specific word
Hi! I have a problem with the compedium. I alredy have played tyson's epilogue and it doesn't let me play dean's. And yes dean appears in the entry. I don't know what to do. Any advice?
ok! I checked out the PC version and it works perfectly. After a replayed the game to fill somethings that was missing I was able to play finally Dean´s epilogue and the others. Although the android version never works. But thanks anyway =)
i want to give my thoughts on password (mostly the things i absolutely love about it with some criticism sprinkled in) but i feel like its not yet the time to do so
it was a wild ride watching and learning more about the development of this game and i wish you a good hiatus grizz!

The questions don't really matter other then some extra options, but they don't impact the outcomes or story. It's just extra info.

You need to do all the routes. Each character get;s their own unique one during the scavenger hunt.

Sprites are being worked on in the background but the artist Ghosty is dealing with IRL stuff so it's slow going/delayed

Try with another password, they usually show them in capital letters, a lil hint, it starts with "B"
I actually didn't see any password, I paid close attention but couldn't find it. But I'll try putting some passwords until it works.

Does anyone have a document with all the passwords or something? for the people who aren't interested in searching for them while reading
you may see a whole uppercased word when you enter a bad end (after someone died), that is the password of the route.
but there are exceptions on boar route and bear route, you have to found a senrence has only one word, that is the password.
or you can just pay for the patreon member and you will got a list for passwords.
note: you have to input a password on the correct route and correct day.

Have you tried closing and reopening the game? Some have reported that that solves their issue.
