I've played Tyson and Hoss routes for three times but I still have passion to read over the story. The characters in this game are the person with flesh and blood that they impresse me a lot. When tyson asked Dave if he want to fxxk, I just wanted to refuse him if I had such an option because Tyson actually don't know if he 'love' Dave or not. Tyson offered such an advice in this situation makes me feel a little confused. Beside, Hoss's real-or-fake speaking manner is kind of my way and I actually dislike it, although I love this character.
I have a question that I still haven't unlocked Tyson's first Cg. Is this Cg still incomplete or if I miss something?

I feel like the Kiss Dean option shouldn't be this hard to unlock but I've gone through his route at least five times now to try and figure it out. Does anybody have more of an in depth hint as to get it? I don't need the direct answer just something more concrete to go off of

This is just a suggestion, but the day text on the top left corner of the screen looks out of place (to me atleast). I suggest maybe moving it a bit closer to the middle diagonally and changing the font? This just completely my opinion, you can keep it the way it is.
Oh, that's just a placeholder. It'll look much nicer when everything else is done, but for the time being we needed something to keep track of what day we were on.
Oh also, I don't know if it's a glitch or what but if I enter the music room menu while playing there's no 'back' button, I have to go to the main menu
I just wanted to ask is it possible to get the top + middle CGs for Hoss and Dean and if so how. Because i tried some things but just can't seem to get them(i got the cgs for all the other routes/characters).
I'm surprised when Dave said that "Sal and Orlando were taking a road trip out to visit Sal's sister but they didn't say when they'd back. " and "I've been meaning to let Orlando knows but for some reason he never picks up anymore." ... because in Sal's route or day 10, Sal said that his sister was dead. So... did Sal and Orlando also die in this route??? (Benson's bad end)
Well its always possible they go visit her grave. Alot of times some people would like their dead loved ones to meet friends/other new loved ones by bringing them to their graves.
This was the subtext of that ending, yes. By that point Dave doesn't know that the sister is dead, and Orlando falling out of contact is left up to player interpretation.
Can I get a hint on the password for Orlando route on day 6? Got the first password for it but it just lead to another dead end where he doesn't make it.
After putting the password, during that night Orlando leaves two times to check on something, if you check on him the first time he leaves then you CAN'T check on him the second time. Play that part again but don't follow him the first time he leaves and then check on him the second times he leaves
This game is interesting, even if I feel I'm bad at it! I just made it to Day 6 with Dean and finally got my first password to work (after a not so pleasant end), is there a functional password for each of the prior days or is Day 6 when it actually starts impacting things?

I've been replaying this game for quite a while now since I've become attached to the characters and the events, so much that the death scenes are no longer scary for me, But more creepy, but the thing that scares me most is... "the end:end of demo" I'm sorry,But Im scared that we can only play until there, Please tell that we can still expect to play more in the future because, I really love this game and I hope to see more from it ^^

well, ok. you are right, but i think i can see his point of view, even if it's written to be continued sometimes happen that uuh... you know.... author just leave the project without saying a word and i'm referring to every type of work/game/book/project etc, but actually i'm pretty sure you aren't that type of person and you will say if you will ever leave, unless unable for some reason, and another thing is you seems pretty determined and clever or at almost this is what i think judging well... by me stalking you answering people questions and comment XD.

Absolutely loved the new Sal content! Seeing Sal be so expressive with Dave is just so nice. Also, new blushing Sal sprite! Although, I will admit, he looks a bit goofier in comparison to everyone else's blushing sprites, no offense!
Wasn't expecting someone to finally witness Dave getting a password right though, that was a surprise. A nice surprise, finally have someone other than Orlando to back Dave's statements up whenever he mentions the visions at the vault.
Getting to know more about Sal and Dean's friendship was actually pretty nice, the bits and pieces of information that Sal mentions that they do shows that they really do have a great friendship. Their bond wasn't quite obvious in other routes so getting that new information in Sal's route was pretty cool.
All in all, a really great update! Appreciate all the hardwork and time that you put into this Grizz. Thank you so much for the wonderful game!
I know I expertly kept my question about this very vague, but when I revealed Oz to see what it did....what in the absolute heck was that all about? Like I don’t really know why that’s there....I understand it’s a bad route, but I feel like nothing was supposed to make sense...first, the rat thing, second, why’d Dave make that comment about “Sure, my friends called me Dave, but that was easier than having to always question if they were talking to me or my dad. It wasn’t exactly something that came up when introducing myself, and this was the first time I’d met this rat.” And how Tyson found the driver’s license when Dave didn’t even know he had it....where’s Benson? How did he not know? Unless he did? Why would Dave even question something like that? Who is the rat, and why does it speak with Oz’s voice (so says Dave)? Is he just delusional or what? I apologize if this comes off aggressive since there are so many questions, but I’m genuinely confused. Yeah it’s a bad route, but it’s not an “ending,” right? Because it says “END OF DEMO” instead of “BAD END:” implying that’s there’s more to be built on...I’m probably thinking WAY too deep into it, but with how the game is in general, I feel like missing something on my part is a strong possibility.🐊

I know sexual content isn’t the purpose of the game and I’m loving it so far. That being said, I was seeing the comments on how Dean and Orlando were the only sexual routes and I was just curious if this is a “as things stand” and that may change as the story progresses?
I’m honestly really invested in Tyson. I love the romance that’s going on and with his amount of teasing and hinting at a future romp, it just seems kinda weird that it might...not happen with him? Honestly, with the level of meaning behind it and the trust he is trying to build up, it feels like a sexual encounter with him would really be the icing on the cake to really seal the deal of his love he feels for Dave. Like I don’t picture it as a “wam bam in and out” session but more of a “I got your back”, tender loving sex scene.
Sorry, my mind is running wild with possibilities. The only other character I can see a sexual encounter with is Hoss because of some things he reveals, maybe Roswell, and...oddly enough and this is WAY out of left field...I’d love to see how things would play out with Benson.
Having sex isn't the be all and end all of relationships. Sometimes it doesn't work out despite there being a deep love for one another. It might change, it might not, but if you're invested in a future sex scene for literally anyone know that you're likely to be disappointed as it's not the intent for the game to cater to explicit sex. It's just there as I need it because... sex is a thing people do.
Tyson in particular is... a special case but I hold all the cards as to why. Remember, he has kept saying that he's not gay, so figuring himself out is absolutely a keystone of his route. They may not get to sex if they end up together because there's just so much other stuff to sort through first given their history.
There are no other potential sexual candidates on the table outside the main cast. This means that Benson and Oswin are out, plus any other characters that may show up after route selection.
I LOVE the fact this novel uses sex to emphasize the character's relationships and bonds rather than just because and i love that its not centered around sex this novel has ALOT of potential to grow more than it already has! TY
On Sal's Day 10, I guessed at a password given their conversation from earlier and got some content, but with it still being made, I wanted to know if I should play it out like I didn't guess right. Like, for the sake of story clarity. Or should I continue from the route with the password? Or would that skip story content it's not suppose to.
Day 10 is a turning point where the story splits so its worth playing both but Sal's day 10 is awkward narratively speaking simply because of the role Sal plays so there isn't a bad route 10 for him at the moment.
Thanks. I've been playing all the other routes non-stop and found that Day 10 like Day 6 is another "turn from doom" point. I've got a good grasp of the story flow now. So once it's made, I'll play through all the Day 10s like I don't know how to avoid the tragedy just to see what we learn from those bad ends.

First off, I love the new main menu music and the music room. I have three locked songs, but I guess that’s for future updates? His new CGs and the new sprite where Dave called him firm were so freaking adorable...I love how much Dave has warmed up to him and vice versa, becoming more physical in terms of comfort and during their friendly banter...also seeing Sal smile makes me smile, which happened a lot more often. I like the new music where Sal, Tyson, and Dave were investigating, although it didn’t show up in the music room. I loved the part when Sal just verbally sucker punched Tyson...was literally screaming “YOOO” in my head.....I was absolutely NOT expecting him to follow Dave into the vault and see that....but hey....🐊CG🐊Plush watermelon🐊 And omg yes I live for cute moments like at the end...speaking of end, will he have an alternate ending? I did the thing to get there, but I didn’t get it....anyway that’s enough of me gushing, but thanks once again, and keep up the fantastic work!
i just... love this story i love the mystery i love all character and i mean literally everyone and in everything, personality, attitude and i don't know i'm too stupid to find the right words there is sooo much character develop and you learn and understand the way the other could think they feel so alive, everyone feels literally alive sometimes i forget i'm just reading something on a screen, every time a new update comes out i'm excited for the next one i literally read the entire story 4 times even if i knew the password already just because i liked it so much. ah! by the way, the password aren't too hard to find but i needed a little bit of attention, caring and organization, i actually made a note on my pc with everything written with order like, the password of course, but even information that seems important or fact to remember. i like to be pretty organized buuut i'm lazy unless, like in this case, i'm caring for something and i really care for this visual novel .

I must say that when I saw Tyson I already know it was my boy and, obviously, I choose to develop a stronger relationship with him, but I wanted to ask... changing the main partner would change only the love story or also the main story?

Step 2) Assuming you've used a password and the outcome seems the same, pay attention specifically to what gets brought up after it's too late to save the victim.
Okay like I’m not 100% sure if this has been answered, but like........will there be like....a lot of sexual content?........I remember playing Amorous and I was.....p r e s s e d with the huge load (pun intended) of sex......so like.....I know Dean’s route is a little explicit at the moment (not that I mind), but uh...🗿
It'll be there when required to advance character relationships if needed. Some characters can have their whole arcs told without it, and as of right now the mainly sexually involved routes are Dean and Orlando for reasons that should be obvious.
That isn't to say the others won't or can't have any sexual content, but they aren't (at least as far as what I've got drafted) required. But if there's enough of a push for it and it feels natural enough for things to go down that path I'd consider it.
I'd say feeling natural doesn't seem like much of an issue. These people knew each other for quite some time before, so reaching some degree of sexual interaction in the span of less than a month doesn't feel very unnatural. They wouldn't reach the same level as Dean for sure, but some fooling around seems possible if nothing else.
Don't take this as an endorsement from me though. I prefer the romance aspect myself, I don't care much for the sexual content. Just throwing my two cents on the matter.
There's an ideology when writing character relationships that can become sexual in that the sex scene itself should be a marker for the relationship dynamic changing unless it's literally just written for porn. If it doesn't accomplish that, and it isn't porn, it's just not needed in the story. The only other thing that gets held to this standard is death, which so far the game handles quite well.
In Dean's case, the presence of Dave's expectation of sex moving forward is what I wanted to mark and when we get to Dean's next proper day we'll see his evolution of that. Orlando in the same regard has this metamorphosis if a bit slower because of the other themes his route is tackling.
So when I say natural, I mean more... Is that the appropriate plot point to spur the relationship dynamic to change? Roswell possibly given he's brought up the idea of love, Hoss potentially because of his secret, Tyson is probably a good contender now but struggles due to another theme of his route. Sal's probably the least sexual because... his problems and relationship with Dave aren't really needing to go the route of sex to advance.
Again this is entirely separate to just writing it as porn, which if people want a midnight romp with Tyson, or an outdoor fling with Dean, or something more raunchy with Roswell, that's something else that I'd just have to see if it can be worked in and if people want it.
Thanks for the clarification. In that case I see where your point comes from: if they are to be there, there must be a meaningful reason for it. When it comes to writing quality that seems the most appropriate way to handle them, as it helps cement these moments as the relationship changers you wish them to be. A case of "less is more", to put it simply.
I support your approach wholeheartedly, but then again I'm not the only fan of this story. Still, I'm confident you can come up with something good regardless. You seem a good enough writer to pull it off.
Okay...That’s good to hear....I feel kinda dumb for asking that because of how much thought the writing has put into it already...I know that each character has their issues, but I was thinking of other VNs like Blackgate’s Alin to the point of “oh he’s sad? Sex now” or Repeat’s Owen (to a certain extent). Thanks for clarifying!

What day are you getting the bad ending? If you tried both options for the Oz reveal, and get bad ends on both, you’re probably missing something else...
1) How did you get the password to stop Orlando getting shot? 2) Based on how that was given to you in-game, what can you infer from this when things change when you use it?
Gotta say, there has been a long time since a story got that much investment out of me. Was checking this 'cause I was bored one night and ended up becoming a fan. Thought I would dislike half the cast when I started, but the way you went with the writing actually made me fond of all but one of them. Hoss went from "I bet I'll hate you by the end" to pretty much my favorite of the bunch, so you're definetely doing something very well on that front. Props for the great work!
Quick question: Do you plan on adding more character sprites? Having only one position with different faces can feel a bit too static at times. It's a minor thing, but I figured I'd ask anyway.

I was surprised so many people hate Roswell, though admittedly I'm a bit biased towards him because he's the one I find most aesthetically appealing. I decided to replay and see what issue was, and there were a few things I noticed:
On the first day he fires off one or two bants that don't really land. It feels like it's supposed to give off a playful teasing nature but no one really fires back or laughs with him so it appears a bit more one sided and mean spirited.
I feel like when he calls Tyson a puppy it should be played off as more banter, but the issue is after this he doesn't do any more bantering. So now whenever he insults Tyson it feels like he's specifically targeting him (which maybe he is, I think that's a reasonable character choice, but it makes him less likeable)
Then there's the conversation with him and Orlando just before choosing a partner. Here a few bants are fired at Roswell and he's got the frowny face on. In fact he's got a frowny face on for most of what should be a light hearted conversation. This kind of gives the impression he can dish it out but can't take it.
After that there's the whole thing with thinking Tyson is incapable of love. So he's prided himself as being a pretty scientifically minded individual. And he gives good reasoning to Dave in the kitchen. And I can see him throwing an offhand remark like "Yea if you're even capable of love." like mild banter. But when they're back in the dining room the way he kind of states it as a proven fact to Tyson's face that he's incapable of love without provocation. I feel like it goes against his character to jump to conclusions and make such hard definite statements. Definitely a bit over the top.
So to sum up: I think the way to make him more likeable is to spread out his snarky comments a bit more among the group, then for the group to retort in kind and for him to take it as good natured ribbing. That way when he makes remarks to Tyson they seem within character and not targeted. But you can still give his Tyson remarks a bit more a sting as compared to the others when the tension rises so it's reasonable when Tyson reacts negatively.
And as a side: I can maybe see after all this how bragging about being the smartest might rub some people the wrong way, and how it might come off as comes off as pretentious. Maybe change it to something like "Well intelligence is an immeasurable quality, so I can't say whether or not I'm the smartest, but I do think I'm the best suited for conducting research and mentally draining tasks." Or just leave him as pretentious, everyone needs flaws. (Or have Dave call him out and that can be part of his arc)
It's tricky, because Roswell by design isn't meant to like Tyson and is meant to be actively antagonistic towards him specifically. Which is why specific remarks about his capacity to love are meant to be a bit "Whoa that's a bit much."
The problem as far as I've noticed is just the lack of things in the early days that show that he's a good person just a bit tactless at times. I'm already drafting *something* to potentially fix that but it might take a bit to weave in seamlessly.
I love this game stories. First time I see this game I think It's gonna be bloody in the doom scene. So I just overthinking lol and i want to know how can I hug sal because I play almost everyway. I can but he push me away thanks for making this game 💖

I just noticed, why does Hoss Sprite has a goatee beard but on the second and third CG he doesn't?

Yup! It's tied to the kiss option, so just be better at romancing the bear and you'll get it.

I've been replaying this game for quite a while now since I've become attached to the characters and the events, so much that the death scenes are no longer scary for me, But more creepy, but the thing that scares me most is... "the end:end of demo" I'm sorry,But Im scared that we can only play until there, Please tell that we can still expect to play more in the future because, I really love this game and I hope to see more from it ^^

New builds come out on the 15th of every month, and every time you reach the end of new content it says "TO BE CONTINUED: END OF DEMO", not "The end".
well, ok. you are right, but i think i can see his point of view, even if it's written to be continued sometimes happen that uuh... you know.... author just leave the project without saying a word and i'm referring to every type of work/game/book/project etc, but actually i'm pretty sure you aren't that type of person and you will say if you will ever leave, unless unable for some reason, and another thing is you seems pretty determined and clever or at almost this is what i think judging well... by me stalking you answering people questions and comment XD.

Absolutely loved the new Sal content! Seeing Sal be so expressive with Dave is just so nice. Also, new blushing Sal sprite! Although, I will admit, he looks a bit goofier in comparison to everyone else's blushing sprites, no offense!
Wasn't expecting someone to finally witness Dave getting a password right though, that was a surprise. A nice surprise, finally have someone other than Orlando to back Dave's statements up whenever he mentions the visions at the vault.
Getting to know more about Sal and Dean's friendship was actually pretty nice, the bits and pieces of information that Sal mentions that they do shows that they really do have a great friendship. Their bond wasn't quite obvious in other routes so getting that new information in Sal's route was pretty cool.
All in all, a really great update! Appreciate all the hardwork and time that you put into this Grizz. Thank you so much for the wonderful game!

expertlykept my question about this very vague, but when I revealed Oz to see what it did....what in the absolute heck was that all about? Like I don’t really know why that’s there....I understand it’s a bad route, but I feel like nothing was supposed to make sense...first, the rat thing, second, why’d Dave make that comment about “Sure, my friends called me Dave, but that was easier than having to always question if they were talking to me or my dad. It wasn’t exactly something that came up when introducing myself, and this was the first time I’d met this rat.” And how Tyson found the driver’s license when Dave didn’t even know he had it....where’s Benson? How did he not know? Unless he did? Why would Dave even question something like that? Who is the rat, and why does it speak with Oz’s voice (so says Dave)? Is he just delusional or what? I apologize if this comes off aggressive since there are so many questions, but I’m genuinely confused. Yeah it’s a bad route, but it’s not an “ending,” right? Because it says “END OF DEMO” instead of “BAD END:” implying that’s there’s more to be built on...I’m probably thinking WAY too deep into it, but with how the game is in general, I feel like missing something on my part is a strong possibility.🐊If someone addresses you as your birth name without you having introduced yourself before, and it's the norm to not use your birth name, it's a cause for alarm.
Literally the rest is a case of you thinking far too into it because these questions are raised for a reason given that timeline.

I know sexual content isn’t the purpose of the game and I’m loving it so far. That being said, I was seeing the comments on how Dean and Orlando were the only sexual routes and I was just curious if this is a “as things stand” and that may change as the story progresses?
I’m honestly really invested in Tyson. I love the romance that’s going on and with his amount of teasing and hinting at a future romp, it just seems kinda weird that it might...not happen with him? Honestly, with the level of meaning behind it and the trust he is trying to build up, it feels like a sexual encounter with him would really be the icing on the cake to really seal the deal of his love he feels for Dave. Like I don’t picture it as a “wam bam in and out” session but more of a “I got your back”, tender loving sex scene.
Sorry, my mind is running wild with possibilities. The only other character I can see a sexual encounter with is Hoss because of some things he reveals, maybe Roswell, and...oddly enough and this is WAY out of left field...I’d love to see how things would play out with Benson.
Having sex isn't the be all and end all of relationships. Sometimes it doesn't work out despite there being a deep love for one another. It might change, it might not, but if you're invested in a future sex scene for literally anyone know that you're likely to be disappointed as it's not the intent for the game to cater to explicit sex. It's just there as I need it because... sex is a thing people do.
Tyson in particular is... a special case but I hold all the cards as to why. Remember, he has kept saying that he's not gay, so figuring himself out is absolutely a keystone of his route. They may not get to sex if they end up together because there's just so much other stuff to sort through first given their history.
There are no other potential sexual candidates on the table outside the main cast. This means that Benson and Oswin are out, plus any other characters that may show up after route selection.
I LOVE the fact this novel uses sex to emphasize the character's relationships and bonds rather than just because and i love that its not centered around sex this novel has ALOT of potential to grow more than it already has! TY
On Sal's Day 10, I guessed at a password given their conversation from earlier and got some content, but with it still being made, I wanted to know if I should play it out like I didn't guess right. Like, for the sake of story clarity. Or should I continue from the route with the password? Or would that skip story content it's not suppose to.
Day 10 is a turning point where the story splits so its worth playing both but Sal's day 10 is awkward narratively speaking simply because of the role Sal plays so there isn't a bad route 10 for him at the moment.
Thanks. I've been playing all the other routes non-stop and found that Day 10 like Day 6 is another "turn from doom" point. I've got a good grasp of the story flow now. So once it's made, I'll play through all the Day 10s like I don't know how to avoid the tragedy just to see what we learn from those bad ends.

First off, I love the new main menu music and the music room. I have three locked songs, but I guess that’s for future updates? His new CGs and the new sprite where Dave called him firm were so freaking adorable...I love how much Dave has warmed up to him and vice versa, becoming more physical in terms of comfort and during their friendly banter...also seeing Sal smile makes me smile, which happened a lot more often. I like the new music where Sal, Tyson, and Dave were investigating, although it didn’t show up in the music room. I loved the part when Sal just verbally sucker punched Tyson...was literally screaming “YOOO” in my head.....I was absolutely NOT expecting him to follow Dave into the vault and see that....but hey....🐊CG🐊Plush watermelon🐊
And omg yes I live for cute moments like at the end...speaking of end, will he have an alternate ending? I did the thing to get there, but I didn’t get it....anyway that’s enough of me gushing, but thanks once again, and keep up the fantastic work!Something about seeing Dean’s attempts to have conversation with Dave fail......oddly makes me smile🐊
i just... love this story i love the mystery i love all character and i mean literally everyone and in everything, personality, attitude and i don't know i'm too stupid to find the right words there is sooo much character develop and you learn and understand the way the other could think they feel so alive, everyone feels literally alive sometimes i forget i'm just reading something on a screen, every time a new update comes out i'm excited for the next one i literally read the entire story 4 times even if i knew the password already just because i liked it so much. ah! by the way, the password aren't too hard to find but i needed a little bit of attention, caring and organization, i actually made a note on my pc with everything written with order like, the password of course, but even information that seems important or fact to remember. i like to be pretty organized buuut i'm lazy unless, like in this case, i'm caring for something and i really care for this visual novel .

I must say that when I saw Tyson I already know it was my boy and, obviously, I choose to develop a stronger relationship with him, but I wanted to ask... changing the main partner would change only the love story or also the main story?

Step 1) Pay attention to the talk you have with Orlando in that bad end.
Can I get a nudge / step 2? Been pouring over that scene from multiple routes and haven't found anything useful yet, even when using two passwords in a run.
Step 2) Assuming you've used a password and the outcome seems the same, pay attention specifically to what gets brought up after it's too late to save the victim.

Okay like I’m not 100% sure if this has been answered, but like........will there be like....a lot of sexual content?........I remember playing Amorous and I was.....p r e s s e d with the huge load (pun intended) of sex......so like.....I know Dean’s route is a little explicit at the moment (not that I mind), but uh...🗿
It'll be there when required to advance character relationships if needed. Some characters can have their whole arcs told without it, and as of right now the mainly sexually involved routes are Dean and Orlando for reasons that should be obvious.
That isn't to say the others won't or can't have any sexual content, but they aren't (at least as far as what I've got drafted) required. But if there's enough of a push for it and it feels natural enough for things to go down that path I'd consider it.
I'd say feeling natural doesn't seem like much of an issue. These people knew each other for quite some time before, so reaching some degree of sexual interaction in the span of less than a month doesn't feel very unnatural. They wouldn't reach the same level as Dean for sure, but some fooling around seems possible if nothing else.
Don't take this as an endorsement from me though. I prefer the romance aspect myself, I don't care much for the sexual content. Just throwing my two cents on the matter.
Perhaps natural was the wrong word.
There's an ideology when writing character relationships that can become sexual in that the sex scene itself should be a marker for the relationship dynamic changing unless it's literally just written for porn. If it doesn't accomplish that, and it isn't porn, it's just not needed in the story. The only other thing that gets held to this standard is death, which so far the game handles quite well.
In Dean's case, the presence of Dave's expectation of sex moving forward is what I wanted to mark and when we get to Dean's next proper day we'll see his evolution of that. Orlando in the same regard has this metamorphosis if a bit slower because of the other themes his route is tackling.
So when I say natural, I mean more... Is that the appropriate plot point to spur the relationship dynamic to change? Roswell possibly given he's brought up the idea of love, Hoss potentially because of his secret, Tyson is probably a good contender now but struggles due to another theme of his route. Sal's probably the least sexual because... his problems and relationship with Dave aren't really needing to go the route of sex to advance.
Again this is entirely separate to just writing it as porn, which if people want a midnight romp with Tyson, or an outdoor fling with Dean, or something more raunchy with Roswell, that's something else that I'd just have to see if it can be worked in and if people want it.
Thanks for the clarification. In that case I see where your point comes from: if they are to be there, there must be a meaningful reason for it. When it comes to writing quality that seems the most appropriate way to handle them, as it helps cement these moments as the relationship changers you wish them to be. A case of "less is more", to put it simply.
I support your approach wholeheartedly, but then again I'm not the only fan of this story. Still, I'm confident you can come up with something good regardless. You seem a good enough writer to pull it off.

What day are you getting the bad ending? If you tried both options for the Oz reveal, and get bad ends on both, you’re probably missing something else...
Day 8. this is when tyson and dean fight over the gun and gets orlando shot.

2) Based on how that was given to you in-game, what can you infer from this when things change when you use it?
Gotta say, there has been a long time since a story got that much investment out of me. Was checking this 'cause I was bored one night and ended up becoming a fan. Thought I would dislike half the cast when I started, but the way you went with the writing actually made me fond of all but one of them. Hoss went from "I bet I'll hate you by the end" to pretty much my favorite of the bunch, so you're definetely doing something very well on that front. Props for the great work!
Quick question: Do you plan on adding more character sprites? Having only one position with different faces can feel a bit too static at times. It's a minor thing, but I figured I'd ask anyway.
Oh yes. Ideally in the next couple months I'll be upping the resolution to 1080p as well which means a fresh coat of paint for the guys too.

I was surprised so many people hate Roswell, though admittedly I'm a bit biased towards him because he's the one I find most aesthetically appealing. I decided to replay and see what issue was, and there were a few things I noticed:
On the first day he fires off one or two bants that don't really land. It feels like it's supposed to give off a playful teasing nature but no one really fires back or laughs with him so it appears a bit more one sided and mean spirited.
I feel like when he calls Tyson a puppy it should be played off as more banter, but the issue is after this he doesn't do any more bantering. So now whenever he insults Tyson it feels like he's specifically targeting him (which maybe he is, I think that's a reasonable character choice, but it makes him less likeable)
Then there's the conversation with him and Orlando just before choosing a partner. Here a few bants are fired at Roswell and he's got the frowny face on. In fact he's got a frowny face on for most of what should be a light hearted conversation. This kind of gives the impression he can dish it out but can't take it.
After that there's the whole thing with thinking Tyson is incapable of love. So he's prided himself as being a pretty scientifically minded individual. And he gives good reasoning to Dave in the kitchen. And I can see him throwing an offhand remark like "Yea if you're even capable of love." like mild banter. But when they're back in the dining room the way he kind of states it as a proven fact to Tyson's face that he's incapable of love without provocation. I feel like it goes against his character to jump to conclusions and make such hard definite statements. Definitely a bit over the top.
So to sum up: I think the way to make him more likeable is to spread out his snarky comments a bit more among the group, then for the group to retort in kind and for him to take it as good natured ribbing. That way when he makes remarks to Tyson they seem within character and not targeted. But you can still give his Tyson remarks a bit more a sting as compared to the others when the tension rises so it's reasonable when Tyson reacts negatively.
And as a side: I can maybe see after all this how bragging about being the smartest might rub some people the wrong way, and how it might come off as comes off as pretentious. Maybe change it to something like "Well intelligence is an immeasurable quality, so I can't say whether or not I'm the smartest, but I do think I'm the best suited for conducting research and mentally draining tasks." Or just leave him as pretentious, everyone needs flaws. (Or have Dave call him out and that can be part of his arc)
It's tricky, because Roswell by design isn't meant to like Tyson and is meant to be actively antagonistic towards him specifically. Which is why specific remarks about his capacity to love are meant to be a bit "Whoa that's a bit much."
The problem as far as I've noticed is just the lack of things in the early days that show that he's a good person just a bit tactless at times. I'm already drafting *something* to potentially fix that but it might take a bit to weave in seamlessly.
That's good to hear, I just think if you throw a few more witty insults around as jokes it would disguise the genuinely barbed remarks better.
Anyway whatever you choose to do I still like Roswell anyway.
