So I'm seeing a lot of important character development that may affect the future updates, How Tyson is now just finding his true self, How Rosswell is getting the point that things have changed when he was gone, and for hoss... Well I guess accepting who he us and being more true is a good thing but, I don't know if finding out about Dave's dave (also named dave) is gonna be a good thing... But hey, It worked out fine with dean so I guess it will work out with hoss....right?
I played this a while back, but i changed computers and didnt pass over any of my old stuff, and i lost the list i had made for myself containing the passwords i had found... is there a list somewhere with the passwords i could use?
Day 6 is the first propper password and is quite a free one as it stands out, however for orlando that isnt enough your decisions matter and will influance the outcome.
I know, I already did all of the others passwords, I was just a bit confused about why Orlando kept dying, but it was because I kept pressing "follow" lol
Its been eluded to that dave can die or atleast will be able to (think grizz may have said somewhere that everyone can die including dave but mite be misremembering) and orlando tells you how he saw dave die and the vault does show things that have happened so lets hope its avoded.
If that would be the case, that's a relieve. Although, characters with plot armor are no fun. Then you have that strike of curiosity (at least I always do) to try and mess with the heavy stuff and see how the game handles it (that means even killing the protagonist and basically ruin the whole plot).
Im so confused. Trying to get a good route with dean.Got The bad ending on deans route first, restarted and got through it, but then i get bensons bad ending while playing deans route. Like what did i miss? Dean is bae btw 💖
sorry but thats wrong ;-; in one of my old saves i named my character "shiro" and it saved , when tyson was serious and he said my name "Shiro" not Dave ;-;. But for some reason when i started a new route it doesnt save now
It was changed a few builds ago for dave to be cannon any new playthroughs will be named dave with no way to change it, the coffee cup name input is for easter eggs. You can keep trying if you like but im sure grizz will varify it next time hes in the comments.
No, it's not wrong. A few updates back a change was made to the earlier days where that was edited (I think it was 5 updates ago?). But because I knew a bunch of people had old saves, I've been supporting that in-code so it's not strange. Any new saves you'll be forced into having "Dave", but if you have old ones you'll be able to use the name you picked then.
i see everybody talking about day 11 and i'm confused on how to gey there due to the reason that it says that its the endof the demo on day 10......help
Getting kinda confused as to what Sal's second password is cause when I decided to give up and got the Benson ending it didn't really give me any ideas as to what it could possibly be
ugh.. there are many passwords in that day and only 1 password that lead to save Benson... Did you already get one of it? if not, try to think what Orlando said in the hospital first.
If you struggle with the Orlando part, you can play Hoss' route first. At some point, Hoss finds a paper with a bunch of passwords and two of them work. With the Roswell's part, I can't really add anything that ice bear san already said (just write down any suspicious words. Also, Dave repeats the password after Roswell, so maybe use this as a hint).
This update is very depressing....I love it but omg it’s amazing. Not saying I have an issue with this, but Hoss was....a dick. I love it because I can actually understand why he would feel this way, y’know considering everything. Tyson’s route kinda confused me in terms of escalation...I’ll replay it later, but I feel like things are getting juicy now that details are coming into play.
Quick question, but are the alternate endings being continued? I didn’t play those routes yet (or Roswell’s); sorta spreading my play time🥴
Idk how to describe it...but if the choice involves Hoss...do it. Personally, I got it first try, but just think about the relationship Hoss and Dave have with each other.
Ended up having to go through 7 times when i was trying to get it. My problem is i kept spending time with tyson and doing that at one point causes you to miss a conversation with hoss about his siblings and that stoped me from getting the affection up.
Does the Password on Day 11 exist during Update 19-21? Been sitting down on this mystery but seems like stuff not yet implemented. I'm reading some stuff from Oswin's Dialogues , mostly the Italic words but nothing's working or is this like something you have to find just like Benson's Death?

It's quite bad but definitely not the worst. If you reveal Oz and get the alternative outcome of Day 11, Thanatos is very angry and leaves Dave while here Thanatos is seemingly angry but at least stays there with Dave for a while and has a talk with him. Definitely though, it's better to not betray Oz at all...
careful of spoilers, better to put but didnt get day 10's password (think its day 10), that way its more vague but also clear if you've actually played up to those parts.
I- Love this novel SO MUCH! I finished it so far and have moved on to 2 different novels and STILL have been thinking about this one non stop TY SO MUCH GRIZZ! Also uhh can we add kid roswell to his gallery? Hes so adorableeeeeeeeee.
I just love this vn so much, the characters, the setting, and how the mc actually has an interesting backstory himself.
Would definitely recommend that if you like Password you should also check out Cor as well, has a similar feel to it and will give you something good to read while waiting for more password.

So i heard there is like a secret password that works on the very first day when you arrive that doesn't really do anything but give some extra scenes there. Is that true and if yes are there like hints to figure it out?
So I noticed that before Dave inputs the password for the everyone's route (excluding Roswell's route) Dave says "the more the pit in my stomach is growing" in red letters, so is that how Dave dies?
Where is sal's password? I'm starting to get irritated, someone narrowed it down for me already but I still can't find it, I'm starting to just give up at this rate and find another. Ùwú
Bit odd how ty talks on day 7 in the greenhouse on hoss's route. Says hes been trying something, but then it seems like hes asking himself a question with the 'somthing ..... good?'. Was this ment to be dave asking if its somthing good and just got the wrong character tag as tyson?
So, I have been going in circles on how to get Hoss's 2nd cg. Is there any hints on how to unlock it? Is there something i need to trigger to get the cg? I've replayed hoss's route for atleast 3 times in a row now and trying different choices. Is there something im missing?
It's all tied to affection. It's a fairly high requirement, but essentially all it comes down to is you being able to romance the lion enough before he shows you the library.

first time and password so only two if you dont count the bad time line from a previous password
1. reveal oz day 11.
2. support Benson, stay in the room.
3. support Benson, visit the vault.

you need to save benson to progress in the story, after that roadblock if you cant solve the password people will die and the story will just continue

theres a name bug. after typing in your name it comes up as "Dave" still.

Yeah, you basically had to devote every decision to Hoss since Dave is trying to find out more about his character

Maybe not something creepy but yeah, that's on my list. Sound design is one of my weaker skillsets but sourcing the correct SFX is also difficult.

The password exists but there are no new scenes. No clues allude to it either as it's just there as a relic from testing.

Edit: Finally got it after 2 more retries! It took up like 7 save files in total to get it, worth it.
